Include the district, soi and receiving details

Give the recipient’s full name, province, city or town, district and subdistrict in Thailand, with the house or building number, road, soi and postcode where known. Include the apartment, floor, room and entrance details, a useful nearby landmark and a working Thai telephone number. The address in Thai, where available, can help identify the receiving location.

For a hotel or resort, give the reservation name and arrival date and identify reception. For a workplace, include the company, department and receiving contact; for a condominium, add the building, floor, unit and access details. Check the hospital and ward’s rules before sending flowers, plants or food to a patient.

Choose the date and arrange an attended handover

Fresh-flower delivery is available Monday to Sunday. Same-day delivery is available for eligible arrangements and addresses when ordered before 14:00 at the recipient’s local time, if that date is offered for the selected gift; peak-holiday cutoffs may be earlier. Plants, cakes and complete gifts have their own available dates and any stated notice; fresh flowers within a combination also follow the fresh-flower cutoff and delivery days.

Order ahead for a celebration, a busy festival period or an event with a fixed start time. Confirm service to an island, remote or mountain address with customer service before ordering and use a date offered for the full address. Arrange for someone to receive the gift. A preferred arrival hour can be requested, but is not guaranteed; contact customer service before ordering if a deadline is essential.
